I disagree, this is not directly about WW3. WW3 may become Part III, but that is not what is meant. Part III is the last war mankind will be in. "the final page is written in the books of history," "they say when a mistake is made, a lesson can be learned. but this time, there's no turning back, the hate engulfs the world."
If you check Part II, it refers to imperialism and patriotism that leads to hate. Part III is the final war. Part IV is once we are all gone.
And, if you think about it, Part I is... now.
