It's on the live album "Les Enfants Terribles", it's number 14 of that album. You three will probably never read this because it's so long ago, but just for future visiters of this page. :)
So it's (as far as I know) only live.
Oh, I just read that the song "Fat Donuts" is the same as this one, so it also appears on the live footage on Teenage Runaway (twice even). The full text I found on "Fat Donuts":
'Appears only on bootlegs ('Les Enfants Terribles', the most known, includes the Cambridge Hotel Show in Newcastle on June, 7th 1997). This song is known as the intro of Pure Massacre, it was called "I Believe" during frogstomp tours and "Fat Donuts" during Freak Show tours. It's not a real song.'
