i think this song is kind of along the same lines as Beautiful in that "I need a day to recreate" is similar to "need something to feel real again, before i go numb" I think this song is about feeling like someones slave to all their mind games and bulshit and that every day you are with them you feel further away from what you want to be, i think the most important line is just about Needing a day to recreate well thats it
