I think that this song is about someone who is constantly being walked over by other people but finally realises he is stronger than them and wants to get back up again, also a desire to make these people understand what it was like for him/her/they/it/whatever, least i think thats what hes getting at here

It's all about karma and being strong willed and not giving up. All about wiping the dust off your face when you fall to the floor and getting back on your feet because you know that eventually those who held you down are going to get there's in time.

Simple yet effective :)
