Obviously about not conforming to other's views on how to live your life. If you consider yourself a punk or whatever you should listen to the bands you like, dress however you want, and basically be true to yourself and your own feelings. You wouldn't be considred an individual if you run around trying to get other's approval by doing what they do. When those who want to control your life tell you to "bark like a dog, bitch!", kick em' in the nuts.
