i really really love this song. to me it is just kinda reminicising about a love lost. Maybe a love lost that he regrets parting ways with. and hes thinking about and realizing wow we really had a great time together, i should still be with this girl

I agree with LiveUrLife,it is a very reiminsiante song,very true and very emotional,like all Black Lab songs.BUt I read that paul Durham wrote it about the first time having sex with someone speacial to you,how things are on egde,but what you said,is 99.9% true..i really love this song

i heard a live version of this song and he said that it's about having sex (or was he kidding?) good song though...

This song is definetly about reflecting on love, so I agree with the first post. but I can see where it can be interpreted as having sex, maybe reflecting back on a time when they were having sex at some point of the relationship. I love the line "I watched your window, for hours...." I remember feeling that way when I was trying to get over someone I really loved. I remember I'd go for drives and I would drive past her house and see her light on.. the song is amazing though, I was hooked after hearing it for the first time.

this song really hits a cord with me. it reminds me of my first love and how devestated i was when it ended. i just drove around for hours crying. it's neat to look back at something like that and relate to music.

Officially, its about having sex before you should.
