Learn To Crawl Lyrics
you can feel fine
You can dance with a little twist
Tell your pretty red haired babe to forget that i exist
Can you see yourself in my bed at night?
Would you leave me at the side of the road?
Would you walk right up to me?
Would you talk to me?
Down on my knees
Im already begging
Begging you please
See Im scared to die (cmon)
We've only just begun to learn to crawl
Can you teach me how to fight? (cmon)
Will you keep me up all night? (cmon)
Will you be there on the ground if I should fall?
Fall for you
Like a memory in my mouth
I feel like the morning fell
Like the bottoms falling out
I could see whats up there above it all
And you're down in the valley below
I could talk to you
Down on my knees
Im already begging
Begging you please

I do believe this was on the spiderman soundtrack. (movie wasnt too great.. but music's not bad).. i love the electric guitar jamming in this song.
i kind of feel like the lyrics were written to cater towards the movie though.. "red-haired babe.", and "spider sting".. sounds very mary jane and spiderman-ish to me.

I argee,it does sound like it was written for the movie, but still,I love Black Lab,and i wish their new album would hurry up and get out soon

isnt 'kep myself awake' on the buffy the vampire slayer soundtrack aswell? thats how i first heard of em lol!

yup, it is on there

what do you mean spiderman "wasnt too great"?!?!?! it was easily one of the best movies i've seen in a while

Does anyone know where i can find other black lab lyrics? because their are a lot of really good Black Lab songs missing up there.

I think the song is about a guy falling for his best friend, who's a girl. OR if you want what me and my friend came up with...it's about a guy who's in love with another guy. But it's a secret so the guy he's in love with is keeping his distance from him so nobody suspects it. But that's just OUR elaborate meaning...hey it could happen.

i think that it goes good w/ the spiderman soundtrack.i think when he said "we've only just begun to learn to crawl" is referring to its the starting of this relationship hes singing about, because learning to crawl is one of the first stages of a humans life before they start to walk, and its probly refferring to one of the first stages of their relationship.

i read on a black lab website that this song was not written for the spiderman movie, but they just wrote the song and somehow the people who organised the spiderman soundtrack found it and asked the band if they could put it in the soundtrack. But it is possible they changed some lyrics so it would fit better in the movie.

Think this song is about how the lead singer can't make it on his own and needs the "friend" to help him.
