This song is an instrumental on 'frogstomp' and is awesome - my equal fave chair song with 'Israel's Son.'
yeah, but the one that has vocals is on their best of album...it's cool and the sound quality is better on the best of album. The madman is an alcoholic, which causes chaos in his life.
mmmm if I were to choose out of the 2 different versions, I'd go for the intrumental version. Reason being is that it's more uplifting and makes you feel more a madman then what the 'vocal' version would make you feel. I think it's awesome how added or removing vocals from a song can take a different effect on ones self :D
I first heard this song with lyrics on their 'Rarities' album and I thought it was absolutly awesome. I had always thought that the intrumental was awesome as it was, however I always wondered what meaning would be added to the song using lyrics. I cant decide which one I prefer. They're both GENUIS!
