Capri Pants Lyrics
If you see me
If you see me
Just go away
Just go away
If I run
If I run
Don't follow me
Just go away
Cause I like you
But baby it's all wrong
Cause I, yeah I like you
But baby it's all wrong
If I run don't you think
You know what I want
It feels good
It feels good
It's all wrong
It's all wrong
It feels so good
It must be wrong
It feels so good
It must be wrong
If you see me
Just go away
Just go away
If I run
If I run
Don't follow me
Just go away
Cause I like you
But baby it's all wrong
But baby it's all wrong
You know what I want
It feels good
It feels good
It's all wrong
It's all wrong
It must be wrong
It feels so good
It must be wrong

I believe its about a boy and a girl who are in love, but the girl is afraid of the connection, so she's dumping him.
Actually I think it could be like saying the messages that society teaches because she says "it feels so good, it must be wrong," saying that they aren't allowed to be happy, and showing how that is stupid and makes no sense, like why the riotgrrl slogan/philosophy thing says the opposite: if it feels good, then it IS good as long as you're not hurting anybody or yourself
yeah, theres definitly a mutual attraction, or love, but somtethings holding the girl back
I think it's about two persons with the same who are in love with each other but one of them thinks that being gay it's not ok.
the same sex *
NO think Riot Grrl. Its about insecure girls who stick around with shitty guys. On the inside the girl hates this guy but feesl trapped in the relationship.
I agree with the interpretation that says it is about a couple who's happy but the girl is scared to commit because she learned that, if "it feels so good, it must be wrong". But I think it's not only this, since she's asking him not to follow her and not to impose on her his views of what she must want. To me it seems as if the song says she's scared and she's wrong, but it doesn't mean he can force himself on her, because it would only make it all worse.
I was recently assaulted and while it felt 'good' sexually, it felt horrible in every other way. I thought that this song might relate to that...the "I like you" part being his thoughts and the "it feels good... it's all wrong" being what I was thinking.
i think it might be about a feminist girl who has a crush on a frat boy. she knows hes stupid and sexist, but she wants him anyway...
Kathleen wrote this about Adam "Ad-Rock" Horowitz of the Beastie Boys. She's now married to him but when they first started dating she felt she had to keep it a secret and felt that their relationship was wrong and was angry at herself for loving him considering the fact the Beastie Boys sang things like "girls, do my laundry" etc. etc. She talks about this in The Punk Singer.
