This is easily one of my favorite LAM songs.
To me, it means this: There's this person, and they're just so confining to the singer, and all the singer can do is scream and take the pain. The person takes pleasure in the singer's pain, and are empty inside because the singer's pain is all they have.
The lead singer's name is Sean Brennan. To me the song expresses the living hell that is loneliness. The pain, the torment, the despair it fills us with.
