Well you need a break before you break. In this song the person is at the end of their rope. About to snap. Really pissed off and about to blow up on somebody. So if they had some sort of break from the agitation or agitator they might be able to calm down or they are not getting any good breaks (good luck" As the song eludes Shit seems to just keep raining down on this person so the keep going "faster" or getting more angry becuase the get "no breaks".

He doesn't sing "Faster now, you know I got no brakes" after every verse.

Anyway though, this song means a lot to me. When I feel like shit, this song helps me get through it (I have to wallow a bit before I can get into happy music) but the upbeat, faster music really helps. Everyone probably relates to this song @ one point or another

Actually, he's not talking about not having a break as in a rest, he is talking about not having car breaks, but not literally. He's saying "I've gotta go faster, but you know I've got no brakes." He can't stop. It's about being out of control.

The title of the song is actually "No Breaks," as in a coffee break, not car brakes. And the first poster just posted the exact same thing as the origianal lyric guy. That was strange.

To you guys talking about the lyrics not being different, they were different before and one of the admins probably changed them to the ones the guy posted... it was like 4 years ago
