Tu, is such a gorgeous song, it touches me so deeply. Its amazing how us women just completely give everything of us when we are in love. This is what Shakira is saying in this song. She wants to let him know how much meaning he has for her, how much impact he has on her life, to the point that she is willing to give him everything in her power in order for him to stay... It just lets him know that she nows its insane all he means to her, but she just cannot control it.. I recommend to hear the Unplugged version it gives it such a nice touch..
this is one of my favorite songs... it's just so powerful!!! the Unplugged version really is awesome... I figured out the piano part to it, & now I can play the song... haha I'm planning on doing it for my school's talent show this year...

I agree. The umplugged version is even better. I love the way Shakira sings as the violin plays at the end of the song. For me it´s the sound of pain when heart is breaking. The way you feel when you lose the person you love.
I love this song. On my top 3 Shakira songs. I love the meaning. When I saw her in concert Jan. 2002 in Chicago, she played it and I was crying like a baby. I think I cry most of the times I listen to this song. Jaja : )
