It's Cool To Hate

it's about attitute of teenagers or people in general.he sings about how it's "cool" and "in" to be destructive and pessimistic, but also about how this kind of attitude is counterproductive and paradox (it's cool to hate"/i hate [..]anyone who's cool").and how people hide behind this kind of attitude so they won't have to change anything, because being optimistic means you have to be ready to make a change and put an effort into creating a better world around you.

I think this song is about people that hate everything(obviously) and how it's dumb to go around saying you hate everything and everyone just to have a certain image or something. The offspring are awsome.

I agree with most of the things said in the song. At the moment I hate quite a few things. It's stupid to say you hate everything like said above if you hate every thing then you will be copmpletely miserable but it's ok to some things.

The song isn't called "It's cool to hate". It's called "Cool To Hate".

I think that's a good description of the "Cool to Hate" attitude. It's just an easy way out, just hating everything rather than doing work and trying to make them better.

i think it's just about that certain group of people who hate on stuff just because. kinda hard to explain, but everyone has met one before, the guy who just hates on shit that people dig for no reason.
