written down on paper, this song looks about cliched as they come. but listening to it, it's so convincing. you believe every word she's saying,

She is indeed fantastic, severedvox.

Love can make you do the craziest things. Things you could never picture yourself doing for anything or anyone before you've reached this point where there's only one thing that keeps you going - your love - the only thing or person you have left and which you refuse to give up on. Maybe there's just no room for doubts in your heart when it's so filled with this kind of passionate love that tends to make you invincible and blinded at the same time.

Likes she sings, she's "right", and has done everything to bring you her love.

I was listening to this just now and it hit me that there may be some sort of sarcastic tone regarding religion. I used to think it was just a very intense love song to an unknown subject, but now I think it might be to God, saying she was bringing her love to him, suffering greatly in the process - so much that she had to go through hell, sleep with the devil, etc..

her voice is everything.

this makes "I wanna be adored" sound like a lullaby. for just the ten songs on To Bring You My Love, she was hauntingly perfect, and this is perhaps the best album opener ever, the production is fantastic

To me she is done. She is over it. She gave it all. She was invested. She gave too much probably and had nothing in return. And now she is saying : I gave it all and I was full of love. Now I'm dry as fuck. Your turn to give.

wow i CAN'T believe no one has commented on this song one of my favorites in this cd she's FANTASTIC to say the least
