"World Full Of Nothing" as written by and Martin Gore....
Close
Naked
Skin on skin
Tears are falling
Tears of joy
Her first boy
His first girl
Makes a change

In a world full of nothing
Though it's not love
It means something

She's lonely
And he says
It's for her only
That he lusts
She doesn't trust him
Nothing is true
But he will do

In a world full of nothing
Though it's not love
It means something

It's not easy to slip away
And believe it all

Though it's not love
It means something

General CommentI think it speaks of how we live in a world where people hardly get their fills, often left in the world wondering about what it all means, looking for meaning in a cruel place, it's about finding solace, even if it's not the real thing, the need to find comfort somehow, will lead in believing illusions, settling for some other substitute for love, because it offers a little meaning to life,
that might be a fruit of naivité but still can take some place, and help you get by this world full of nothing.
