Yeah

I'm on the second floor with a lock on my door
I'm looking at a picture of your face
The last time I looked you were looking really good
But somehow pictures fade

Then we were on the phone and we're all alone
But that just ain't good enough
I go around the world to see your face
'Cause this just ain't good enough

So I'm just kicking it, I'm counting the days
I hardly can wait, for us to hang out
I'm really missing it in so many ways
I anticipate us making out

(Here comes another one)

Sip my morning tea but you're not next to me
Here goes another day
I'm driving in my car
I wonder how you are
When our favorite music plays
And there are flowers above to my surprise
But that just ain't good enough
And I got the note it gave me hope
But that just ain't good enough

So I'm just kicking it, I'm counting the days
I hardly can wait, for us to hang out
I'm really missing it in so many ways
I anticipate us making out

So I'm just kicking it, I'm counting the days
I hardly can wait, for us to hang out
I'm really missing it in so many ways
I anticipate us making out

Yeah

(Uh, uh)
(Uh, uh)
(Uh, uh)
(Uh, uh)

Soon you'll be here with me (making out)
Soon you'll be right here with me

I'm with my friends 'til the night ends
But that just ain't good enough
And honestly you can trust me
But that just ain't good enough

So I'm just kicking it, I'm counting the days
I hardly can wait, for us to hang out
I'm really missing it in so many ways
I anticipate us making out

So I'm just kicking it, I'm counting the days
I hardly can wait, for us to hang out
I'm really missing it in so many ways
I anticipate us making out

So I'm just kicking it, I'm counting the days
I hardly can wait, for us to hang out
I'm really missing it in so many ways
I anticipate us making out

Gwen is beautiful and who cares if their music changed, you cant expect a band to ALWAYS play the same type of music, they grow. and now apparently you cant drink tea and be tough...? WHO CARES WHAT YOU DRINK?! gah people like you just piss me off... and what difference does it make what kind of pants shes wearing? ok she wears boyish pants (ive never seen her do that but whatever you say) that doesnt mean shes not a girl and cant sing like one!!!!!

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
