Dave mentioned in an interview that he was stuck in traffic and was late for a meeting which made him pretty pissed off, so he wrote this song inspired by what happened.
I have no idae what this song means. MAybe a motorcycle riding ruffian, I don't know. I DO know I will be seeing Megadeth 7/21/05 for the Gigantour show, floor tickets.
