I think that it's definetely about rape. But I don't agree, that it's about a black man raping a white woman. He says that her white flesh excites him. White is just a symbol of chastity, cleanness and innocence. So she is just an innocent girl (she's young, he says - du auf dem Schulhof, so she attends the school). He may be presented as black (he says: my black blood), not because of colour of his skin. He's just not so innocent and clean. That's why it excites hims so in her. He says, that he is just like his father. Maybe he has also been abused.

With the exception of a few words here and there (which is almost necessary with Rammstein at times), this song could easily be about a schoolyard bully targeting another student (lying in wait and then assaulting it). Note the line, "Mein Vater war genau wie ich," meaning, "My father was just like me," or perhaps, "I am just like my father." Many bullies are the way they are due to bad parenting, and maybe the bully's father beat up its mother.

This song is so beautifully dark, love to imagine Till singing it. Rammstein´s style is so captivating, I enjoy their movements, and the way the just feel their stories, how can somebody resist?
