Dark bodies floating in darkness
No sign of light ever given
Imprisoned in a world without a memory
Unconscious, or am I conscious?
Cut from the heart I am part of
Sometimes I feel as though I'm frozen in heaven

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness (loneliness)
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven

In dreams I see myself flying
Closer to the sun and I'm climbing
Tried to touch the sun
But the brightness burned my eyes

Unconscious, or am I conscious?
Fell from the sky like a star
Sometimes I feel as though I'm frozen in heaven

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness (loneliness)
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness (loneliness)
And I saw my own face like a spark

Dark, dark, dark
My life was so dark
Dark, dark, dark
My mind was so dark

Dark, dark, dark
My life was so dark
Dark, dark, dark
Everything was

Unconscious or am I conscious?
Fell from the sky like a star
Sometimes I feel as though I'm frozen in heaven

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness (loneliness)
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven
Dark bodies floating in darkness

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven
Dark bodies floating in darkness

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven
Dark bodies floating in darkness

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven
Dark bodies floating in darkness

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven
Dark bodies floating in darkness

And I saw my own face in the dark and loneliness
And I saw my own face like a spark frozen in heaven
Dark bodies floating in darkness

in my opinion this song is merely different in each of our eyes its here for you to think and to bring out your emotions its for happiness simply to help you be aware of what bothers you and what doesn't in his view aka the singer or who wrote the song he's sharing how he feels so he can be free and this song is his view of freedom and he just wrote how he would feel when he's free and complete and bringing to the whole view of his freedom is a world with out technology I believe if he succeeded this truly would be how he felt as well... I feel Fear factory may be the best next to any band as deep as this and I love these guys man they have some Fucking A guitar solos...

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

Blue
Ed Sheeran
“Blue” is a song about a love that is persisting in the discomfort of the person experiencing the emotion. Ed Sheeran reflects on love lost, and although he wishes his former partner find happiness, he cannot but admit his feelings are still very much there. He expresses the realization that he might never find another on this stringed instrumental by Aaron Dessner.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
