They both got very popular in a reletively sort ammount of time. the only real difference i can see is that Burton never shot himself in the face, and FF doesn't have as many whiny teen fans as Nirvana does who worship curt for killing himself. I like Nirvana fine... but some sanctimonious fuck commits suicide and all of a sudden he's a god? give me a fucking break. besides, Dave Grohl's better off w/ the foos anyway and I KNOW curt wouldda never let him do Queens of the Stone Age
