In a recent track-by-track with Rocksound.TV, Michael Poulson went into what the story this song is trying to tell: “This song is about having an out-of-body experience and meeting people from the past." He further added how it’s a very emotional song for him because "In this out-of-body experience, I meet my dad and ask him if he saw the light when he passed away on a couch at home. You hear stories about people who were dead for a few minutes and then come back and they have a rush of memories that they had in life, and they see all of this at high speed. In the lyrics, I’m asking my dad a lot of questions, and I’m trying to invite him to show up to visit my family and see the grandkids that he never met. So, these are very emotional and personal lyrics.”
