I think this song is about someone who has made many mistakes in their life but has pushed through (What can't kill you makes you stronger). He wants to be like the person in his life he most loves or idolizes (my queen) but he can't and he is frustrated, he wants the whole world (he wants to have it all) but it all goes slipping through his hands. On top of all that, he believes he such a scarred and flawed individual he believes now that the whole world is afraid of him.
