This song is about the Trojan War and how the Achaeans tricked the Trojans by sending them a horse statue filled with soldiers. The Trojans thought the horse was a gift and brought it into their walls and city. Later the soldiers got out of the horse and massacred the entire population. Hence, "Death from Within".
True, AZJusticiar. Additionally, I think there is a contemporary meaning as well in light of the themes within the album. So, the death comes from within the nation through the politicians of that nation.
