I think this song is about a tortured addict (Abel) who is scared of falling in love with the girl (Lana). Lana, on the other hand is contemplating her relationship with Hollywood because "her real life is becoming stranger than her dreams". The girl is slowing dying because of her life in Hollywood and she would be nothing with her boy's touch, (the addict, Abel). The addict, Abel is falling in love with her but he's scared because of his addiction to something (maybe cocaine?) that might affect her and their relationship.
