i thought the same thing. i also had another less likely theory. That it could possibly be about Justin Beiber. i mean he had that rumor go around of A: calling a girl a beached whale and B: that she killed her self over it. also, the line "when everyone knows your face, nothings safe. you live your life as a fucking target" i mean can be any glorified douche bag that encouraged a suicide, but also even more so celebrities. and Jeremy being a celebrity i don't think he'd give a shit enough to be phased by some random asshole...

Generally speaking, A Day To Remember only write nasty songs like this about people they have beef with, its very rarely (if ever) about someone they've never met or don't know.
This song is most likely about Hunter Moore, they kicked him out of a festival they were playing after he hosted explicit material of one of the band members on his site.
They haven't had a chance to publicly acknowledge the incident (in musical form at least) until now, the lyrics fit perfectly and it most likely is about Hunter Moore.
Jeremy also stated in a conversation that it is an aimed song and said "We used 'you live your life as a fucking target' as a shout out to him and how he lives his life", so its not just a general song about bullies or something.
