Based on this I think it is directly related to the people who caused Amanda Lund to kill her self. But I think the song is generally about cyber bullying and sick people can be just for a laugh. Toward the end of the song right after "You've earned my disgust." you hear a spitting noise.
Based on my opinion, I feel the song does a good job putting it in perspective. How sick of a human being are you to cause that kind of pain in someone who hasn't lived life enough to know better. It's sick.

That it could possibly be about Justin Beiber. i mean he had that rumor go around of A: calling a girl a beached whale and B: that she killed her self over it. also, the line "when everyone knows your face, nothings safe. you live your life as a fucking target" i mean can be any glorified douche bag that encouraged a suicide, but also even more so celebrities. and Jeremy being a celebrity i don't think he'd give a shit enough to be phased by some random asshole...
