The song appears to be Ivan and how after 24 months of traveling, he was been all around the world shaking countless hands. And even though he is living his dream and doing what he has always wanted to do, he is physically and mentally depleted. Spending time with his family is becoming a thing of the distant past as all the flights, bus tours and concerts blur together.
