beautyful song. It reminds me alot of mania-dipresion. the act that one moment you feel like the king of the world, and then you just fall and feel like shit..
Honestly, it reminds me of those times where I feel like nothing in this world is ever going to help me out of this darkness that seems to haunt me all the time. That I can be happy for one second, then something small will come at me and it will send me falling down, deeper into depression. But that I'll get up sometime soon, because everyone falls sometimes. And I don't need to have people influence the way I feel. If I'm upset I need to focus on that sadness until I find a way around it, and I will eventually pick myself up.

To me, its about feeling so great, on top of the world..Then something knocks you off and you fall into depression. You feel like you've lost everything. And Andy actually said its kinda when your sad and angry and all these negative feelings and people are saying to you "come on dude/girl get up and do this!" and sometimes you just don't feel like it, the song is really saying its okay to feel like that, its okay to have dark moments in our lives, but we all fall down sometimes and we pick ourselves up.
