Have you ever had a feeling you were being watched
Footsteps behind you like a shadow when you walk
Can't tell if your mind is playing tricks or not.
Ey ey, ey ey, no!

What I'm going through is now racking my brain
Thinkin' bout, like do I got any enemies
Where I've been, what I did, what did I say
Ey ey, ey ey, yeah!

Coming to think of it,
I remember one chick
That I was messing with
When I was in Connecticut,
I met her after my show,
I took her back to my room
The next day I had to go
I never thought it would get this deep

Now I got this problem following me
Better be careful, better be careful
Better be careful
Whose heart you break
Never knowin' what you do
?
Next time I will be careful!

I'm gettin' letters every other day addressed to me
Saying 'Dear Jason you and I are meant to be'
? be the death of me
Ey ey, it gets worse now

She reachin' out to all my people, friends, and family
Got me so paranoid I'm stepping up security
It's getting crazy here, it' difficult for me to sleep
Ey ey, ey ey, no!

Now all I'm thinking is
How do I get out of this
I'm feeling kinda sick
Yeah missing some crazy shit
I met her after my show,
I took her back to my room
The next day I had to go
I never thought it would get this deep

Now I got this problem following me
Better be careful, better be careful
Better be careful
Whose heart you break
Never knowin' what you do
?
Next time I will be careful!

Yeah, oh I'll be careful
Oh yeah, whoa

This got so out of control
I learned my ?
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Be careful!
She's holdin' on, won't let go
She wants a piece of my soul
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Be careful!

I met her after my show,
I took her back to my room
The next day I had to go
I never thought it would get this deep

Now I got this problem following me
Better be careful, better be careful
Better be careful
Whose heart you break
Never knowin' what you do
?
Next time I will be careful!

Now I got this problem following me
Better be careful, better be careful
Better be careful
Whose heart you break
Never knowin' what you do
?
Next time I will be careful!

Fortnight
Taylor Swift
The song "Fortnight" by Taylor Swift and Post Malone tells a story about strong feelings, complicated relationships, and secret wishes. It talks about love, betrayal, and wanting someone who doesn't feel the same. The word "fortnight" shows short-lived happiness and guilty pleasures, leading to sadness. It shows how messy relationships can be and the results of hiding emotions. “I was supposed to be sent away / But they forgot to come and get me,” she kickstarts the song in the first verse with lines suggesting an admission to a hospital for people with mental illnesses. She goes in the verse admitting her lover is the reason why she is like this. In the chorus, she sings about their time in love and reflects on how he has now settled with someone else. “I took the miracle move-on drug, the effects were temporary / And I love you, it’s ruining my life,” on the second verse she details her struggles to forget about him and the negative effects of her failure. “Thought of callin’ ya, but you won’t pick up / ‘Nother fortnight lost in America,” Post Malone sings in the outro.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.
