It's about how society wants us to be. And how "true" beauty is portrayed as on tv, or through magazines. And that's what boys look at. She's saying maybe if she had these kind of eyes or didn't have big thighs or maybe she wasn't herself than maybe she'd be fly (What's in style;beautiful.) But then she realized that she wouldn't be herself if she was anyone else. That the definition of fly is herself, and no one can tell her any different.
