Prozac is prescribed for a number of different psychological problems but in a nutshell, it takes the "edge" off. The song is making a mockery of formulaic, overly focus-grouped, teen-targeting "rock" music about sex, drugs, idealized notions of love ('get in the mood', 'getting high', 'river of roses') with no "edge" or artistic integrity. Well done.
It's a STOOPID song about Prosac which some people with depression take. I have a family member on the drug and it's not amusing. And those with depression are not crazy, as the song seems to imply.
Either you're a STOOPID troll who should stick to 4chan, or, you're a STOOPID person who doesn't have the mental clarity to understand that, A. He's not talking about Prozac, and B. He's not "implying" anything about people with depression, or mental illness of any kind, except maybe addiction.
