This song continues the story from the last album, "Guitar Gangsters & Cadillac Blood". This is also the first song out of two on the album, the second being the first track, 'The Mirror and The Ripper'. It also features Michael Denner of Mercyful Fate/King Diamond on guitar and Miland "Mille" Petrozza of Kreator on backing vocals.
This song picks up after the last album, with the protagonist Mr. Cadillac Blood down in his sorrows, feeling the devil looming over him, not realizing that the darkness is his own. He decides to drive back to The 10 House City from The Bar following his last performance, where he then discovers a gun in his car. It's then that he realizes that he has a dark side, represented as The Ripper, the destructive tendencies that lie within him. After looking in his rearview mirror, he realizes this potentially dark side was possibly fueling his destructive actions, possibly born from a life lived in a city plagued by darkness, lies buried deep in his memories.
