I think this song is about two complete strangers meeting for the first time and it was love at first sight. She (Demi) doesn't know who the guy (Jon) is but she hopes that he is the one that she has been looking for for all her life. And the guy also hopes that she is the one too. They simply can not take their eyes away from each other as they're stunned that they have these incredible feelings for each other and they both hope that it's true love and that they are soul mates. Simple.

This song is about a connection she feels from someone who is standing across the room, and just looking at them and knowing that you two belong together and their presence and ambiance is "falling over you." Great song.

When I first heard this for some reason it reminded me of Jordan Pruitt's first CD

Don't ask me why, but I sorta think she wrote this about Joe Jonas a while ago. In her explaination video she says "You just see that guy and know you're gonna have a good future with them." I dunno, I'm probably wrong. Hahaha.
