Suppressing the love you feel can be bad to your general emotional and physical health. It is best to express the love you feel for someone. How best to express love? It depends and to whom... But since love is an emotion and feeling, it is best expressed in the 5 love languages developed by Dr. Gary Chapman- gifts, quality time, words of affirmation, acts of service (devotion), and physical touch (intimacy).
