I'd never heard this track until fairly recently. It was played at my uncles funeral in May 2012 after he passed away following a short struggle with lung cancer.

What a soulful, moving, beautiful piece of music. Each time I hard it now, I remember my uncle. Not as a cancer sufferer - but the smiling, happy, talkative, drink swilling, live of the party character he was.

I laugh to myself when I remember some of the tales I heard about him from relatives at his wake... what a legend he was.

RIP John, I only wish that I'd been able to get to know you more before you went. At least you're finally out of pain now. I hope the fish are biting well in heaven.
