This song is about saying goodbye and moving on with your life. Andy (BVB's lead singer) said in an interview that this is like a 'snotty send off.' We all meet people in our lives, and some pretend to be your friend until they show you their true colors. When that happens, the only thing you can do is really say 'okay, well, God bless you, do what you want in life but don't involve me in it' and then walk away. :)I love the song and the new album.
Haha, wrong one! I wrote that about the song God Bless You. This song is actually about devotion. Andy says it doesn't have to be a love song. Just devoting everything you have to something and pretty much spending your whole life doing it. <3
Hmmm... i think it means he's given away his heart and got it back broken. like he loved someone, but it didnt work and hes dealing with the pain of it.
Andy is saying he'd do anything for this person. Like the person does even have to love him back for him to be able to lay his life down for this person. He's giving the ultimate sacrifice is what he's saying. He'd do anything for this person.
