Ohioisonfire Lyrics

It's all been said
I'm a nightmare
And I'm going crazy
You're going nowhere, so I'm taking you with
Me, myself, and I, is all I've got
And I don't give a-
What you say this time
You think you know about me?
Well I think you're nothing
False words fall dead
I won't pretend, I wish you were dead
I won't pretend, I wish you were dead
It just might be me, out of line, you know that

I'm a nightmare and I'm going crazy
You're going nowhere, so I'm taking you with me
I'm a nightmare and I'm going crazy
You're going nowhere, so I'm taking you with me
Taking you with me

This is what you get when you fuck with a classic roundabout
But it just might be me out of line
This is what you get when you fuck with a classic roundabout
But it just might be me out of line

Feel the weight on my shoulders
Your legs are giving out
Can't scream, can't make a sound
I'm dying just to keep sane
You'd give up before you'd let me live
You'd give up before you'd let me live
You know that I, I'm not better off dead
I'm here, alive
And I'm relentless
I'm relentless
I'm relentless
I'm relentless

This is what you get when you fuck with a classic roundabout
But it just might be me out of line
This is what you get when you fuck with a classic roundabout
But it just might be me out of line

I'm relentless
I'm relentless
I'm relentless

I just got into Of Mice & Men this songs fucking awsome.

I think this song is about a person who judges someone or thinks they completley know that person but it's only the dark side of the accused. The person being judged is saying that ("You think you know about me?") and feels anger to the accusing person or party. In turn the judged says he may of been ("out of line") but ("This is what you get when you fuck with a classic roundabout"). The person continues to say how do you feel when pressure I carry is put on you? ("Feel the weight on my shoulders Your legs are giving out Can't scream, can't make a sound") Then the judged basically calls the antagoniser out by saying that I know your never going to stop ("You'd give up before you'd let me live") and he goes on to ultimately say that you'll never kill me ("I'm here, alive And I'm relentless").

Thats what I think at least.

Your interpretation is bloody brilliant, mayte.. my thoughts exactly.. I am sending these lyrics to my ex.. she won't stop harassing me..

"I'm here, alive. I'm relentless. I'm relentless. Check it, I'm relentless."

It's a reaction to Attack! Attack!'s "AC-130." It even says "You know that I, I'm not better off dead,"

what the fuck does "this is what you get when you fuck with the classic roundabout" mean???

Sounds like a case of him simply despising someone for one reason or another and how he wants to take them down with him in his anger. I could always be wrong, but I think he's talking about the ill effects of when people (or a person) start to mess with the person he's always been ("a classic roundabout"). In the next line he acknowledges that it could just be him overreacting or getting "out of line." but idk

when hes says this is what you get when you fuck with a classic roundabout, hes refering to himself.

The guy above me made me cry with that comment. Just saying.

I'd agree that this is a response to AA's AC-130. Strongly worded and Austin's definitely angry about something. He doesn't use profanity very often in his lyrics...but I gotta admit. Even though I don't necessarily like it, I will agree that this song is the bomb.

Haha.

I love these guys! I got into Of Mice

I always thought this song was about LeBron James. I'm from the LeBron area so all of this makes sense. LeBron is from Ohio and he went to the Miami Heat. Thus, Ohio is on fire. He left because he thought cleveland was going nowhere and he was only thinking about himself in his decision which is all basically explained in the first verse. He carried the team and the team did nothing in return. Just like the lyrics "Feel the weight on my shoulders; Your legs are giving out; Can't scream, can't make a sound; I'm dying just to keep sane" Then the classic roundabout refers to karma. He left with greed and only the will to better himself in the end. Now he lives in someone else's shadow, and he is nobody. That is what I think of the song. Let me know what you think. Great song by the way!

Song Meaning

Interesting idea full of ironic lyrics that could make sense, but I doubt that's the case.
