I always thought this song was about LeBron James. I'm from the LeBron area so all of this makes sense. LeBron is from Ohio and he went to the Miami Heat. Thus, Ohio is on fire. He left because he thought cleveland was going nowhere and he was only thinking about himself in his decision which is all basically explained in the first verse. He carried the team and the team did nothing in return. Just like the lyrics "Feel the weight on my shoulders; Your legs are giving out; Can't scream, can't make a sound; I'm dying just to keep sane" Then the classic roundabout refers to karma. He left with greed and only the will to better himself in the end. Now he lives in someone else's shadow, and he is nobody. That is what I think of the song. Let me know what you think. Great song by the way!

Interesting idea full of ironic lyrics that could make sense, but I doubt that's the case.
