Mostly good, but you've got some minor things wrong here and there. Correct full version of the song, as written in the album's booklet (though in the booklet it's less like lyrics and more like a text, so I've changed that):

@BingBongBall You're correct and the proof is an article posted online in 2011 about where the bands lead singer Friden is interviewed about Jasper leaving. The question was asked to him: Is the song 'Fear Is The Weakness' about Jesper? The song includes lines like "At least you could have tried/It's way past time" and "It's sad to see you go/It's not meant to be easy/But you drag us down." Friden's reply: It could very much could be so. It doesn't have to be, but obviously being [his] friend has affected me a lot.

Friden: Er, I don't think so, no, unfortunately. It's up and down. I think he can medicate himself, but that's not really how it works. I met him a few weeks ago and we talked a little bit.

To me, it seems like it's the singer talking to his own fears. Basically how his own fears are putting him down and away from himself.

To me it seems like it's much to open ended to say that it's just a breakup song. "It's not meant to be easy, but you drag us down" Like he's saying Life isn't suposed to be easy but youre making it harder. This could actually be a song about getting over an addiction. Or anything you would like to remove from your life to make it easier.

The line "fear is the weakness in all of us" could refer to things you do when youre afraid. Like starting to do drugs because life is scary.
