"Benfica" as written by and Noah Benjamin Lennox....
Some might say that
To win's not all that it's about
It's just not something to say
But there is nothing more true
Or natural than wanting to win

There's nothing more to life
Nothing more to life

General Commentthis song is dedicated to a portuguese football club! Noah Lennox lives in Portugal's capital, Lisbon! in Lisbon there's one of the biggest football club in the planet! that club is: Sport Lisboa e BENFICA! Noah Lennox always loved football even before coming to live in Portugal, however, when he went to see a Benfica's game, he felt in love with the club and, after knowing the history of the club and the meaning of the club for the portuguese people, he said to himself: "I think I'm going to be an Benfica supporter" and since then, he is obsessed with the club and this song shows the love that he has got to Benfica, and the lyrics talk about winning because Benfica is one of the most successful clubs on the entire planet! Benfica is much more than a club, it's a religion and, being an "Benfiquista" (that's what a Benfica fan is called) it's a feeling that it can't be explained, it's a thing that only a fan can feel and that's what Noah Lennox is, I mean, he is a "Benfiquista" and being a "Benfiquista" is to have a huge flame on the soul with a light that conquer who feels that! Benfica is that and much more and that's the meaning of this song, even if in an abstract way...
