"Indy Kidz" as written by Matt Shultz, Brad Shultz, Jared Champion, Daniel Tichenor and Lincoln Parish....
I want to be just like you.

I've got these pictures keep on rolling around my head.
I want to hang them on the wall above my bed.
And it's so easy to step aside
And walk in line like all the rest.
But IQ never did that well on tests.

I don't watch TV cause it's just a box of lies.
It makes me want to stick a tooth pick in my mind.
While the world goes down the drain
I eat my popcorn from the bag.
Some people say that I've gone mad.

You're so cool.
I wanna be just like you.
You're so cool.

General CommentA dark and mocking take on the irony that is the Indy Kid. He (the Indy Kid) attempts to be different from everyone else, but in doing so becomes a clone of all the other Indy Kids. An awesome and powerful song with a cool sound to it.

My Opinionhow the indie scene has become a pardoy of itself . indy and the counter culture about freedom . however in order to become and be considered indy you have ot be like other indy people putting you in a box. it is about hypocriticism. it is about how we are all the same wanting to fit some kind of image, fit into some kind of culture and soicety

General CommentSeems like a tongue-in-cheek view of Hipster/Indie kids

I love it, really reminds me of a Sonic Youth influenced sound, it fits the lyricism.
