I think this song is about a serial killer. It sounds like it's about Dexter.

Directed at the person he's about to kill. Dexter kills people who have murdered others in the past.

Dexter's father, Harry, tells Dexter not to let his emotions get in the way and cloud his judgment.

A few corrections to this verse based on my interpretation of the song. This verse is the one that made me think it was defiantly about Dexter. "Blood became my life" is a quote from Dexter himself. "The dark passenger" is what he calls the thing inside him, giving him the need to kill. "Help me father push her memory from my mind" Dexter's memory of his mother being murdered in front of his eyes is what made him the way he is. His father tried to help Dexter through it. "My hunger to destroy when I was just a boy" As a child Dexter enjoyed killing animals. "It pulled me deeper into something that I now enjoy" He now enjoys killing people. "In your destruction I will finally feel whole again" He says killing people makes him feel normal.

Feel my blade bc Dexter kills with a sharp knife. and its Malevolent bc david draiman told me on twitter.

The lyrics are slightly incorrectly. Dramain never says " Feel my plea" the correct lyrics are "Feel my blade"
