I think this song is about a serial killer. It sounds like it's about Dexter.
  All your past obscenities
They have determined where I stand
Directed at the person he's about to kill.
Dexter kills people who have murdered others in the past.
  Never let emotions
  Take hold of me
Dexter's father, Harry, tells Dexter not to let his emotions get in the way and cloud his judgment.
  The blood became my life
  When I was trapped inside
And I can feel the dark passenger calling me
  My mother's blood and mine
  Uniquely intertwined
Help me father push her memory from my mind
  My hunger to destroy
When I was just a boy
It pulled me deeper into something that I now enjoy
  The ritual begins
  Evil will meet it's end
In your destruction I will finally feel whole again
A few corrections to this verse based on my interpretation of the song.
This verse is the one that made me think it was defiantly about Dexter.
"Blood became my life" is a quote from Dexter himself.
"The dark passenger" is what he calls the thing inside him, giving him the need to kill.
"Help me father push her memory from my mind" Dexter's memory of his mother being murdered in front of his eyes is what made him the way he is. His father tried to help Dexter through it.
"My hunger to destroy when I was just a boy" As a child Dexter enjoyed killing animals.
"It pulled me deeper into something that I now enjoy" He now enjoys killing people.
"In your destruction I will finally feel whole again" He says killing people makes him feel normal.

What dose everyone else think?
I agree with NightsideOfEden616, it's definitely about Dexter. I also agree with your lyric corrections. But i have one more for you.
