I truly love this song it's so beautiful but heartfelt and deep. I believe this song is about using drugs to forget about pain and only caring about spending his time on earth with his two loves: Drugs and the woman he mentions.

I suppose if you looked at it deeper you could say that the woman referenced is the drug itself as well.
