@!#?@! Lyrics

In early '99, I beat the Ocarina Of Time,
I'm quite the legend in this town.
My friends get wicked shit
from all the foul-mouthed fools you roll with.
Just push your luck,
there will be blood,
most likely our own carnage.
We all just wanna do our thing,
without the misery you bring.
Go fuck yourselves, leave us alone.

You all need to go away,
you motherfuckers.
You all need to leave me and my homeboys alone.
You all need to go away,
you motherfuckers.
You all need to leave me and my sensitive homeboys alone.

I can't say that character would be one of your strongest assets,
not that we're perfect, merely extra perfect.
So don't think you know a thing
about a thing you know nothing about,
go fuck yourselves, leave us alone.

You all need to go away,
you motherfuckers.
You all need to leave me and my homeboys alone.
You all need to go away,
you motherfuckers.
You all need to leave me and my sensitive homeboys alone.

When the fever hits the fan
and you spout out your commands;
remember that we all feel the weather,
we all feel the weathering hours of discontent.
Though we may fear the Litmus Test,
age-old harassments fuel this quest
for a better way to all stick together.
Way to all stick together, you goddamn hypocrites.

You all need to go away,
you motherfuckers.
You all need to leave me and my homeboys alone.
You all need to go away,
you motherfuckers.
You all need to leave me and my sensitive homeboys alone.

This song is grand, its simply put a song about nerds sticking together to keep from being picked on, Ocarina Of Time is a Zelda game and as the song goes to talk about, its about telling someone to step off.

Ha yes I love the Zelda reference. Unfortunately this song is something I can relate to from my school years, despite having since grown apart from the 'geeks' into someone considered quite different from that cliché.

Brilliant song, probably my favourite chorus off the album.

yea you are right, this isnt the first time they have wrote a song about this too "throw down" one of their earlier songs is about standing up to getting bullied its a great song

OoT reference for the win! I think I probably beat it for the first time in 1999 too :)

I got most of the lyrics, but if anyone has the bits I'm missing (because they were a little hard to interpret), let me know and I'll fix it. (:

"not that we're perfect ?"

I'm pretty sure it's:

"not that we're perfect, merely extra perfect"

Also, "we all feel the weather in the hours of disconnect."

should be:

"that we all feel the weathering hours of disconnect."

And..."That we may feel the ?"

should be:

"That we may fear the litmus test"

But I don't know what the line after it is because he kind of screams it =D

Awesome, thanks for your help. Hopefully, someone will figure out what that line is.

"Say do harassments fill this quest?" That's the best I could get out of that ? part.

from the lyric book:

When the fever hits the fan, and you spout out your commands, Remember that we all feel the weather; That we all feel the weathering hours of discontent. Though we may fear the litmus test, age-old harassments fuel this quest for a better way to all stick together. Way to all stick together, you god damn hypocrites.

Nice one dude

There's a lyric book? Shit, I bought the deluxe iTunes version with the assumption the "digital booklet" would be a dead ringer for what came with the physical release. Guess not. I'm kinda bummed now. (As bummed as anyone who just bought a fucking kick-ass album could be, anyway.)

I bought the physical cd and there are no lyrics in the booklet either.

How does everyone pronounce this song when referencing to it? I have to refer to the lyrics whenever talking about it, because I'm not sure what to call the title besides "the one with all the punctuation in it that has 'motherfuckers' in it a lot."

it's called mother effer or cubert (im not sure i'm spelling that correctly)

watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rAlrOSQ4RQs

they talk about this song and others as well =)

they're so silly

There are several places where the name is either @-@ or Atat, so you can call it that.

It sounds like "I caught the legend in this town", which could be another video game reference (pokemon). And There will be blood is a movie, so it could be talking about a bunch of nerds who get picked on.

actually they sing "I'm quite the legend in this town." not i caught the legend in this town. wouldent surprice me if both the two first lines are refrences to legend of zelda Ocarina Of Time
