Leni (GoodBooks Remix) Lyrics
To believe...
There are times when, I will (need you)
Times when, I will need you
There are times when, you're not around
To believe...
Times when, I will need you
There are times when, you're not around
There are times when, I will need you
There are times when, you're not around
Need (8x)
Need
To believe...
Times when, I will need you
There are times when, you're not around
Times when, I will need you
There are times when, you're not around
And I'm losing, my patience
I will love her, from the grave
Times when, I will need you
Times when, ah.. ah.. ah.. ah....
Times when,
Might as well
Times when, I will need you
There are times when, you're not around
To believe...
There are times when, you're not around
There are times when, I will need you
There are times when, you're not around
There are times when, you're not around
Times when, I will need you
There are times when, you're not around
I will love her, from the grave
Times when, ah.. ah.. ah.. ah....

I think this song talks about loneliness and dependence of the loved one, You love someone that is not around all the time and you need that person, but after too much time of waiting you start to feel depressed and you prefer to love that person from the grave.
Very cool interpretation, Daniel!

I personally see it more as two people who have feelings for each other, but are either in a long distance relationship or simply often/forever separated from each other due to circumstances. So that someone whose perspective the lyrics are written from needs to believe there's still a future for the couple/lovers/whatever they actually are or used to be. Gotta say I still wonder/am a little confused about those two lines in particular, though:

I see it as something along the lines of "There are times when...
I see it as something along the lines of "There are times when you might as well be there." Kinda hoping said person will return.
I think its about a pair of lovers .one of them is suicideal . They make a swear to stay together no matter what because one of them is doubting if the other wil stay alive for long . Sadly the suicidal one is losing patience of waiting for a better life and besides loving the other they kill themselfes.
