Well I've seen a few people say it's a corruption of "Buckstabe" (letter), and yet with the emphasis on wanting you not to do something, it almost sounds like a taboo of some kind.

the word says "Bückstabü". This word doesnt exist in german language. till created this phantasyword himself and in an interview they said it stands for desire, addiction, appetence.

I believe the song is about a man with a schizophrenic like mentality where he has two conflicting voices and personalities. According to Rammstein, buckstabu (the B**** word) means "whatever you want" so I guess he's saying "call me Buckstabu" and "call me whatever you want". Buckstabu is also meant to be a made-up swear word that kids would not be allowed to use. Starring out the letters in the word gives it a kind of feel that it is a taboo word similar to bastard and fuck (or b** and f***).
