Falling In Hate Lyrics
Falling in hate with you more and more every day
Falling away from this in every way
Is it right? Is it wrong?
You and I don't belong
Falling in hate - nothing to say don't wanna hear you
Falling away - nothing to give, no
Falling in hate - nothing but fear in your heart
Falling away - nothing to live for
To you it's a game to me it's a joke
A mile to hang by with one it's a rope
Is it wrong? Is it right?
You and I, day and night
Falling in hate - nothing to say don't wanna hear you
Falling away - nothing to give, no
Falling in hate - nothing but fear in your heart
Falling away - nothing to live for
Despite what you think of me and despite what you say
I gave you everything and you threw it away
Falling in hate - nothing to say don't wanna hear you
Falling away - nothing to give, no
Falling in hate - nothing but fear in your heart
Falling away - nothing to live for
Falling away from this in every way
You and I don't belong
Falling away - nothing to give, no
Falling in hate - nothing but fear in your heart
Falling away - nothing to live for
A mile to hang by with one it's a rope
You and I, day and night
Falling away - nothing to give, no
Falling in hate - nothing but fear in your heart
Falling away - nothing to live for
I gave you everything and you threw it away
Falling away - nothing to give, no
Falling in hate - nothing but fear in your heart
Falling away - nothing to live for

"Despite what you think of me and despite what you say I gave you everything and you threw it away"
Fell into hate with eachother.
Guitarist Zoltan Bathory commented to Metal Hammer: "You could call this the equivalent of 'Meet The Monster' from the first album — a heavy, grinding, nasty riff, greasy and aggressive." He added: "In rehearsals, we were playing the song in a more measured way, but that gave it too much of a 'doomy' quality, which we didn't really want. However, the moment we speeded it up a bit, everything fell into place. The only trouble was, the breakdown section in the middle already featured a double-time riff, so once we decided to quicken the pace, it made that section even harder to play! I think it's the ugliest breakdown I've ever heard!"
Bathory joked to Kerrang!: "I think that more than anything this song taught us that before we write and record in future we need to hook Ivan [Moody, vocals]' up with a really dysfunctional chick, because it seems to bring the best out of him on almost every level."
this song is about a small time lawman who gets mixed up with a key witness in a big FBI case.
