It' s about the smith Ilmarinen forging an Eagle and finishing the final task given to him by Louhi to marry her daughter.
Ilmarinen didnt forge an eagle, final task for Louhis daughter was to plow field full of vipers, catch a bear from Tuonela ( underworld) catch a wolf from Manala (hell) and catch a pike from river of Tuonela. Then Louhi would promise the daughter for Ilmarinen.
