i think demi wrote this song about selena's breakup with nick jonas, and "i know u still love her" means he still loves miley cyrus. just a guess. but great song i love it no matter who it's about.

The thing is, you'd think it's "obvious" that it's about a guy and girl breaking up, and the guy is still in love with his ex. But if you think about it deeply, it could also mean this:

A guy is playing two girls and is lying to them both. He's trying to apologize to the girl in the song, and even though she had strong feelings for him, she just sees him as pathetic and worthless. It didn't hurt as much as she thought it would because she was prepared for it. She knew he was fake.

He still wants her, that's why he keeps trying to apologize. But she knows he's still in love with the other girl, and that he'll keep playing them both... again.

"Less trashier, much classier Than who you prove to be How long's it gonna take before you see that she's no me?"

The girl in the song isn't easy and won't stand to be used by the guy, whereas the girl he's also in love with doesn't care about him and is using him too.

The girl in the song left him before he could break her heart. "I knew better than to let you break my heart" Since she left early, she won't be "showing scars" Because she didn't stay long enough to get hurt by this tool (the guy)

One of my favorites from the new album, I love the sound and the lyrics and I loved the way she performed it when I saw her in concert.

In my opinion, this song is about a relationship that isn't going so well and both of them know it. She isn't surprised/hurt/upset when they break up because she saw it coming a long time ago. "We sat next to the fire As the flame was burning out I knew what you were thinking Before you'd say it aloud" And that even though he tries to apologize and say that he's sorry about what happened, she knows it's just for show and that she knows him well enough to know when he's lieing. Basically she's like "if you don't care about me, I don't care about you."

lol this is probably about her fling with alex deleon he broke up with her for his ex, hence the 'you still love her blahblah'

it's about how whenever this person lies to her all she can hear is the truth, she sees past all their lies, this song is amazing.
